Our Automation Tools Help You Make Faster, More Informed Decisions

As an organization, we are passionate about quality. We utilize Agile methodologies and our innovative DevTOps concept to test during development; providing our customers with insights earlier. This results in more informed decision making, resolving issues at lowest cost, and an overall improvement in lifecycle efficiency.

Our Innovation Team Provides Latest in Testing Tools
At SparkLabs, our Innovation Center, we have developed custom processes and tools to enhance testing procedures and make them faster, more flexible, and more cost-efficient. MockSpider is one of our newest tools that provides a virtual environment for your data, and creates a “sandbox” for developers to test in.

Designing test cases with users in mind

Human-Centered Design is an art of developing solutions derived from human perspective within processes or product life cycles; solving problems within various phases. Sparksoft’s Test Automation team’s objective is centered around the client rather than individual objectives within the team. Building a prototype test automation framework to support the activities in the pre-production stage will help to solve customer problems quickly and more reliably, eliminating any possible human-errors.

The testing methodologies employed by Sparksoft’s Test Automation team revolves around designing user-centered design tests. We test as we design and follow through by developing the solutions for our customers. Sparksoft’s Test Automation Team initially passes on the developed prototype to the users, in this case, internal users, to test for the acceptance of the user-centered design test cases. If the internal users experience any sort of difficulties with the usage of the product, the risk would be identified, and we would implement a fallback plan with alternative solutions and strategies.

Our process, which is very critical for the acceptance from the customers, would not be possible without both positive and negative feedback. Feedback in a control system, such as the automation framework, are very important for the betterment of the product design and development. It is important to use real-time users, like the people from the customer sites at regular process intervals or phase gates, to seek feedback to further understand what works and what does not work with the test automation framework design.

Sparksoft’s test automation design thinking revolves around empathy to gain a better understanding of what our customers think and want which helps us to define and ideate the prototypes under test. Minimizing human intervention with the integration of the Test Automation Frameworks with the CI-CD process ensures faster and greater test coverage and fewer failures.
