Traci brings more than 14 years of experience leading large-scale federal health IT programs and digital transformation initiatives across HHS agencies including Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Traci is known for her poised leadership and her ability to connect people, process, and purpose. She has successfully managed $100M+ contract portfolios, built high-performing Agile teams, and led initiatives that improve government services and health outcomes nationwide.

In addition to her delivery leadership, Traci has played a key role in business development and capture, helping teams win and grow strategic federal programs through strong relationships, trust, and collaboration. She values people and partnership above all—believing that authentic connections are the foundation of sustainable success. A certified PMP and PMI-ACP, Traci is passionate about helping others grown by coaching emerging managers to become elite leaders who deliver with both excellence and empathy. Traci’s proven track record in federal IT positions her ideally to lead growth initiatives as Sparksoft continues our penetration into core and adjacent markets across HHS.
