Federal Health Industry Veteran, Cindy Vanderveer, joins Sparksoft as Capture Director

Columbia, MD, October 20, 2025 – Sparksoft Corporation, an industry leader of innovative Digital Health solutions, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Cindy Vanderveer as Business Development & Capture Director responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives and capture efforts across our Federal Health accounts. Cindy brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in Health IT programs within the federal sector, complemented by deep expertise in infrastructure operations, agile transformation, solution architecture, and building strong client partnerships and customer satisfaction.

Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, is a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), and maintains a PMI PMP certification. She began her career as an infrastructure engineer, advancing into global telecom architecture before transitioning into program management. Her broad leadership journey includes senior roles at Computer Sciences Corporation (now GDIT), QSSI (Optum), Ventech Solutions, and SAIC. Throughout her career, Cindy has contributed to mission-critical CMS programs such as DECC, T-MSIS, NLR, CMCOM, MLN, and CCSQ HIDS. She notably led the HCQIS data center migration to the cloud and spearheaded the greenfield implementation of CCSQ ServiceNow. Cindy has consistently played a key role in capturing new business and delivering innovative solutions.
