Jas joins us with over two decades of strategic leadership in IT, specializing in driving business growth through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships in the government sector. Jas provides a rich portfolio of experiences managing and leading business development initiatives for $150M in IT services contracts.

His extensive background includes leadership roles such as Director of IT Service Delivery at LCG Inc., where he not only managed large cross-functional teams and multiple contracts, but also spearheaded capture and proposal efforts for major bids that involves IT infrastructure operations, service desk, and digital transformation, contributing to the growth and expansion of the company’s federal health portfolio at National Institutes of Health (NIH). During his tenure at NETE Solutions, Jas spearheaded growth at National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) through compelling proposal responses that expanded company’s footprint in federal health sector and led to acquisition by NTT Data. At Accenture Federal Services, as a Senior Manager, Jas led large enterprise IT programs, focusing on digital transformations through agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices. His work has contributed to securing awards ~$150M with agencies such as Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

Jas has been instrumental in shaping business solutions that align with client needs and regulatory standards, ensuring robust IT service delivery and fostering relationships that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Jas’s technical acumen and strategic foresight are complemented by his education with bachelor’s in computer science and master’s in business administration, alongside certifications in project management (PMP), enterprise architecture (TOGAF), and IT service management (ITIL). His proven track record in federal IT procurement and contract management positions him ideally to lead growth initiatives as Sparksoft continues our penetration into adjacent markets across HHS.
