Federal Industry Veteran, Curt LeMar, joins Sparksoft as Director of Capture

Columbia, MD, March 4, 2024 – Sparksoft Corporation is pleased to announce that Mr. Curt LeMar has joined our growth team as Director of Capture responsible for leading business development and strategy across the Federal Health accounts. Curt brings over 20 years of proven leadership experience on Health IT programs in the government sector along with expert technical and operations knowledge, capture and solutioning expertise, and strong business relationships. Curt graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio as a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Information Systems and is a certified Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate. After serving nine years in the United States Marine Corps, Curt started his IT career as an application and database developer. Since then, he has served in technical and executive leadership roles with hands on experience in areas such as data architecture, design and development, quality assurance, data center and cloud infrastructure, and has held leadership roles in companies including the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care (now Telligen), Wells Fargo, GDIT, and Titania Solutions Group.

Prior to joining Sparksoft, Curt served as Senior Program Director over the Benefits and Claims group at Peraton since 2019, leading the development, operations, and modernization of some of CMS most critical benefits and claims processing systems. At GDIT, Curt built and evolved the Cloud Computing practice to encompass $200MM in revenue and 70 direct reports, as well as partnerships with AWS, Azure, and Oracle. Curt has led or supported critical CMS programs such as the Health Care Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Infrastructure, CMS Cloud Computing Services, HQIS Enterprise Integrated Supplemental Testing (HEIST), Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS), Multi Carrier System (MCS), and the Medicare Enrollment and Premium Billing System (MEPBS). Throughout his IT career he has been instrumental in capturing and solutioning new business.
