Federal Health Industry veteran, Dr. Jinni Amin, PhD, joins Sparksoft as Director of Life Sciences

Columbia MD, February 15, Sparksoft is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Jinni Amin, PhD as Director of Life Sciences within our Federal Health Growth team. With formal accreditation as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology, and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Epidemiology, Dr. Amin provides over 10 years of experience in federal and commercial healthcare operations, strategic planning, operational process improvement, and analytic advisory services to C-Suite level of federal government leaders. She spent the last four years managing the CDC NCIRD COVID-19 Scientific Reviewers and Data Surveillance project to optimize workflows and ensure overall contract goals were met. Ms. Amin has led cross-functional teams in other public health agencies, namely at VA and DHA, on process development and solution architecture for continuous improvement. She supported the Veteran Affairs Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project to provide analytic expertise including developing a Playbook and data collection tools to improve program productivity in collaboration with VA.
