Lieutenant Colonel Gaylan “Dre” Gray Joins Sparksoft as Capture Manager for DoD

July 14, 2022 – Sparksoft Corporation is pleased to announce our new Capture Manager, Lieutenant Colonel Gaylan “Dre” Gray. Colonel Gray will be responsible for business development and proposal capture and management for our Department of Defense division. Colonel Gray is joining Sparksoft after completing the SkillBridge Program which is an initiative that helps military personnel transition into the civilian work culture by giving them the opportunity to intern at companies that align with their skills towards the end of their service.

After serving 24 years in the United States Air Force, Colonel Gray will retire from active-duty on November 1st. During his first 10 years in the US Air Force, Colonel Gray served as a Surgical Technician before commissioning as an officer and accepting positions including Chief Information Officer at Yokota Air Base Japan and Director of Operations, Medical Logistics and TRICARE Operations & Patient Administration in San Antonio Texas. Colonel Gray has also completed two tours in Iraq and deployments in Kuwait and Kosovo as a critical asset to the United States mission.
