Mr. Joseph (Joe) Turek joins as Director of Capture

November 15, 2022 – Sparksoft Corporation is pleased to announce that Mr. Joseph (Joe) Turek has joined as Director of Capture responsible for business development and capture for our core and strategic account, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Joe recently served as a Sr. Capture Manager for Leidos Inc., supporting various HHS program initiatives. Joe brings more than 30 years of CMS and Social Security Administration (SSA) experience, knowledge, and established relationships.

Joe has previously supported delivery on many complex programs including the CMS National Data Warehouse, the SSA Processing Center Action Control System (PCACS), and other mission-critical programs across Title II, Title XVI, Disability, and Enumeration domains. During Joe’s extensive 30+ year career, he actively participated in business development to expand opportunities in the federal sector and worked to enhance existing relationships as well as build new ones. He has held leadership roles supporting operations and business development at Leidos, Lockheed Martin, GDIT, ACS, CVP, along with his distinguished federal SSA career.
